What is personal data?
The purpose of data protection is to protect personal data. Personal data is information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"). Pursuant to Art. 5 (b) GDPR, we collect and process your personal data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and do not further process your data in a way incompatible with those purposes.
We collect and process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
We collect and process your personal data, especially URLs and links, for tracking purposes. We use this data to determine which web pages are displayed most frequently and which are displayed only rarely. The pages are not assigned to a specific user, but are processed anonymously and generally.
Legal basis for data collection and processing
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable EU laws as well as national German data protection laws.
The collection and processing is based on your consent - Art. 6 (1) of the DSGVO, Art. 4 (11) of the DSGVO.
We will always ask for your consent to collect and process your personal data for the aforementioned purposes, unless the collection and processing of your personal data is permitted by law. If you have given us your consent to collect and process your personal data for the aforementioned purposes, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
The collection and processing is necessary for the conclusion of a contract - Art. 6 (1) b DSGVO
The collection and processing of your personal data may be necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party. Even before the conclusion of such a contract, the collection and processing of your personal data may be necessary in order to act on your request. This applies to the installation (i.e., data collected by the browser and/or the App Store) and the use of our products.
The collection and processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations to which the controller is subject - Art. 6 (1) c DSGVO.
The collection and processing of your personal data may be necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject under EU law or the law of an EU member state.

Do we share personal data?
Without informing you separately in advance, we may only pass on your personal data to third parties in the following exceptional cases:

Please consider, if data must be stored further for legal reasons according to Art. 17 (3) DSGVO, we will restrict the use of the respective data.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where you have your habitual residence or place of work or where the place of the alleged infringement is located, if you consider that the collection and processing of personal data concerning you constitute a breach of the GDPR.
Right to object to the processing of your data
You have the right at any time to object to the collection and processing of your personal data for reasons related to your personal situation, if the collection and processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO).
Right to revoke consent at any time
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time if you have given us your consent to collect and process your personal data for one or more specific purposes.
